Bond Apartment has it’s own driveway entry with shared undercover parking with BBQ and adjoins the main residence.

Cottage Features
Bond Cottage Unit 1 has bedroom with king double bed and single bed. Also available as three single beds if requested at time of booking. Bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV and plenty of storage for clothes.
Fully equipped Kitchen with table and chairs, fridge, sink, microwave, stove, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery. A complimentary breakfast is available with some gluten free options. The washing machine/drier and clothes line is available for guests.
Living area with gas heating, air conditioning, desk, smart television and Wi-Fi. Sofa lounge folds to a queen bed with memory foam mattress. Bedding available for extra guests.
Disabled Bathroom with toilet and shower with flood and hand-held shower heads.
Bond Cottage Unit 2 includes bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite with toilet and shower with flood and hand-held shower heads. Air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV and Wi-Fi with plenty of storage for clothes.
Outdoor kitchen with fridge, microwave, gas BBQ & hotplates, sink, table & chairs and washing machine on enclosed verandah.
Bond Cottage has it’s own driveway entry with shared undercover parking and is a separate two bedroom house with ramp access.
Heating & Cooling:
Each room has a ceiling fan plus reverse cycle heating and cooling. A gas heater is available in Bond Cottage Unit 1.

Entry is via door access code usually supplied by sms prior to arrival.
meals:
A complementary breakfast is available or BYO. Guests can prepare their own food in the well equipped kitchen. We can recommend local places to dine in or purchase take away. Outdoor entertainment areas with BBQ.
beds:
Very comfortable beds with quality bedding and towels supplied. Additional bedding is supplied so you can choose from the doona, woollen blanket and cotton blanket as well as electric blankets.
Water:
Gas hot water provides continuous hot water. Town water will be connected when rain water is not available.
Energy:
The apartment and cottage are energy efficient having double glazing, verandas and an underfloor blanket. Solar panels provide power during the day.
Room Servicing:
Accommodation is fully serviced prior to guests arrival. It will not be serviced during the booking unless requested at extra cost. Broom, mop & vacuum provided for guest use.
laundry:
Washing machine/drier, clothes line, iron & ironing board are available for guests.
Parking:
Please follow the directions and park under cover. Please drive at walking pace after entering the property.
check in & check out times
Anytime after 2pm is normal check in time, but earlier check in time can often be arranged.
Up to 10am is normal check out time, but a later check out can usually be arranged.

The accommodation is located on two acres at the end of Bond Street in a bush setting.
